Refunds

For grown-ups. We want every purchase to feel fair. If something was bought by mistake, we'll help. Last updated October 14, 2026.

Bought in the Android app

Google Play handles the payment, so refunds go through Google Play: open the order in your Google Play order history and choose Request a refund. Within 48 hours of buying you can usually do this right in Google Play. After that, email us and we'll help.

Bought in the iPhone or iPad app

Apple handles the payment. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Bought on the website

Email support@playsquishyclick.com within 30 days of buying and we'll refund it in full. Please include the email address on the receipt.

The monthly Squish Club

Cancel anytime: in the game, open More, then For grown-ups, then Manage purchases. The Club stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you forgot to cancel, email us within 30 days of a charge and we'll refund it.

After a refund

The squishies or themes from that purchase go back behind their lock. Their levels are kept, in case you buy them again.
